Wedding Management

REMEMBER THAT THING CALLED DAY OF?

YUP, WELL THAT DOESN'T EXIST.

WE DO HAVE SUPERHERO TALENTS

BUT THAT IS JUST NOT ONE OF THEM.

So…why does “day of” coordination no longer exist? Simply put, it is our job as coordinators to make sure that your wedding day runs smoothly and that all of the details fall into place. After being in the business for over 9 years, we have come to realize that it is near impossible to promise a seamless wedding day, without the time it takes to review contracts, seek out oversights, iron out details and communicate with fellow vendors. Coming in at the last moment prevents us from catching possible oversights and can lead to unsolvable issues, come the big day. And quite frankly – you don’t want that. We also need to get to know you, take time to really understand what is important to you two as a couple and then prepare to execute, as your eyes and ears.

This package is for the couple that wants to do the planning themselves but doesn't want to be rushing around on their wedding day to make sure that all is going smoothly.

This package begins two/three months before you say "I DO," making sure all the details have been thought of and nothing is missed.  Your special day encompasses many different tasks and responsibilities, with this package these duties become ours, allowing you to breathe easy and embrace your new journey together.

Here are just some of the perks of this package:

  • A custom planning worksheet

  • A master timeline which is handed to vendors two weeks before the wedding

  • Initial meeting to gather all facets of the day as you see it

  • Walk Through of the Event Space (s) with couple

  • Pick up all decor items from you for the big day

  • Custom Google Drive Folder for organization of all wedding contracts + documents

  • Wedding rehearsal

  • Wedding Day Staff- on the wedding day you will have a team of planners making sure that the day runs smoothly

Our team members are typically the first people on-site day of and the last people out - making sure you are COMPLETELY taken care of.
